Overview

Our client, an innovative mortgage company located on the northside of the city is looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to their appraisal team! This is a multifaceted and fast-pace position. It requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, time management and administrative skills. In this position you will be assuring orders progress in a timely manner and proactively provide our clients with status updates, surveying appraisers for their order terms, collecting and storing their credentials, entering appraiser profiles. This is a great position for a candidate to continue their career in real estate!

Requirements

  • A basic understanding of real estate or real estate appraisals
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience with conducting or administering real estate appraisal, sales, or finance
  • A proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, and Outlook
  • Exceptional typing and data entry abilities
  • Bi-Lingual in polish is a PLUS+
