Job Responsibilities include-

  • Answering office phones
  • Working in MS Word & Excel
  • Regular interaction with clients through email and phone
  • Personal scheduling and tasks (errands, scheduling appointments, travel, coordination with household staff)
  • Filing
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Liaise with IT and printer vendors
  • Travel arrangements for air, car service, and hotels across different time zones
  • Document Proofreading
  • Client email reviews
  • Client personal trading reviews
  • Client social media reviews
  • Maintaining and updating contacts in Outlook
  • Logistics for client events hosted at the office 3-4x a year (ex. breakfasts, catering and set up, tracking responses)
